Sears Appliance Repair

Repair took a while but I understand these can be hard to work on. However my issue is that the old cartridge that had soap in it was replaced and when he put it in the box that the new one came in he put it in there upside down. He said they do not remove the old parts and boxes as those are the owners responsibility. I had to leave when he did and when I came back there was laundry soap all over the floor. The bottom of the box was soaked with laundry soap. Was quite the mess to pick up. At the least the cartridge should have been placed right side up in the box in the plastic the old one came in or even said something to me when it was taken out and I would have had got a trash bag and put all of that in there. I don’t mind picking up the trash but not a mess like this. The tech

Not only did Marcus do a great job on the repair, but you need more people like him. He’s got the best attitude, personality, and work ethics I’ve come across in a long time. Whatever it takes to keep him happy at your company should be your first priority. He is a shining example of what customer service is all about and serves as the absolute best example for Sears Home Repair Company.

There's not a negative star category or Sears Appliance Repair would receive -10. 2 months it took to repair refrigerator after a botched repair initially. They canceled 2 appointments for no legit reason. Then showed up didn't give an ETA & didn't allow time to get to the door & didn't use the camera doorbell so I could have let them in. There's no way to talk to a real person and the AI agent took my info but certainly didn't get the tech to come back. Even when I spoke to someone live they didn't care to help or that they'd taken weeks and canceled the appointments. Never use Sears! The tech Micha was great though, kind, thoughtful, & professional.

I had a previous visit that unfortunately didn’t fix my issue, thankfully Phillip C came the second time. He was awesome and was able to fix my dryer! Great Job Phillip, keep up the great work!

Edit: You replying with a phone number that gives me a recording and doesn’t allow me to speak to a live person just makes me even madder. Do better. Washing machine still does not work. Phillip gave us his personal number to call if we still had trouble. We have left numerous messages and texts and have yet to hear back.
