Sears Appliance Repair

John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future

Very frustrated right now. I received an automated text message saying that my technician had been here and no one was home (I was home, and looking forward to having a refrigerator again) and if I wanted him to come back I needed to call the number left in my voicemail. I had no missed calls or voice messages. I was close by when he was supposedly knocking. It was absolutely impossible to find a phone number that led me to a person. I did end up contacting someone via text. I was told the technician would call me and come back. I’ve heard nothing. And on top of this I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. My family of 4 has had no refrigerator for 2 weeks.

John was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and went straight to the source of the issue. It was very patient and took his time to resolve the issue. My furnace is now working properly and he even provided helpful tips to keep my furnace running efficiently. Thanks John!!

The repair technician was very knowledgeable, had great communication, respectful of my time and my home and preformed excellent service. He made sure I knew everything was in working order, that I was happy and made sure my questions were all answered. Sears is definitely lucky to have such a great employee to represent them to their customers.

My Sears repair tech was on time, communicated extremely well about when he would be here, courteous, answered all of my questions, very professional and made me feel at ease about the serious repair. I was thoroughly impressed and it was a great experience. Thank you kindly.
