We purchased a brand-new GE washer and dryer (2023 models) when we bought our home. Until recently, both appliances had been working well. However, we began experiencing two issues: the washer’s fabric softener compartment was backing up with water, and the dryer started making an extremely loud and abnormal noise. We submitted a warranty claim and initially had no issues with the scheduling—the date and time were convenient, and we were prepared for the service visit. Terrible. Absolutely awful. Initial appointment, the field supervisor was the first to come diagnose. Issue: $1100 drier is hitting 80 decibels (suspect bad bearing(s) or failing motor that’s only 2 years old (my diagnosis). Shook his head when he turned it on and basically told me the warranty I got sucked and it doesn’t cover loud noise (80 decibels btw, hearing damage starts around 85). After he left after not doing a damn thing, we called the company back and made another appointment for someone else to come back after starting the drier for customer support so they could hear how LOUD it was. Different technician came back, diagnosed it as a failed motor, and had one ordered- came directly to the house within 2-3 days. Had another appointment set for install- received a text saying th

Ben was awesome and it was user error But so happy he came out to fix my washer machine and my over detergent using. He still pulled out the washer and checked all the pipes and waited while I ran a load and it was clear I iver detergented. Happy 😊

Our technician Neil is awesome! He is knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful. He has great customer service skills. The techs are great but scheduling service through the company is awful! Get rid of the AI crap and let me speak to a real human-being!

Guy just checked voltage to the unit …which was ok and then said it was bad. I told them that’s exactly what I did …they could have told me over the phone…waste of time and money. Any ten year old with a brain can check voltage. Who knows how much training this guy had…easy hundred bucks
