Sears Appliance Repair

Jimmy was out once before and it was thru him we joined Sears Home Service. It was nice to see him again. He deftly handled the repairs. Super nice, super service.

Mistake was made earlier when 1 star was recorded. It is a 5 star rating. My repair was excellent. Done clean, quickly and very efficient. Best of all my dishwasher is working great again, like new. Very happy with my service done by Sears repair person Eric D. Sorry for the mistake.

The absolute worst company ever!! It’s been over a month and repairs still aren’t complete. We have spent hours waiting only to have 6 appointments cancelled/rescheduled after the scheduled time. Technicians never showing up and then lying about “missing” us for our scheduled appointments. I would NEVER use this horrible company. You can’t speak to actual people they are 100% AI.

Technician never showed up, AI chat sent me a text stating work was complete and then I received emails showing receipts for work completed and even a form with a scribbled signature stating I had signed for the work. No work was ever done! (Could not post review without giving at least one star.)

Eric was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help fix our unit. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave me advice for how to address future problems. Overall I’m very pleased with the company and his work specifically. I will absolutely use this company for future repairs.
