We're still working out some details with the manufacturer but "Alex", your technician, was very professional and helpful. What he did, what was wrong and what options he could offer, couldn't ask for more! If we can't resolve the issue with Whirlpool, we will call back. You all were great!

One of 2 diagnostic issues resolved. Still no hot water. Alexander was personable and appeared thorough but in afterthought, can you trust using a computer scan for diagnostic on a compromised computer board?

The service man was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. However, before he came, I took a picture of our model number and what the problem was in hopes that the part would be available on the same day instead of him, having to come back a week later because he didn’t have the part, which wasn’t his fault, but the fault of the company
