Sears Appliance Repair

At first, Sears Repair Service was scheduled and did not show up. Apparently, they did not have a Technician available. The second appointment, the technician did not have the proper gauges to test the compressor. Although, he did identify that the compressor was the problem. He called the office to place the order and it was denied until a reading from the compressor was provided. He apparently worked on HVAC units. Finally, three weeks later from the original repair date, a Technician by the name of Ricardo Lara arrived and was very prepared as an experienced technician should be.
