Sears Repair Technician was very prompt and came immediately once the washer parts were delivered. Great customer service!

Scott came to my home to service my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable about how to fix the issue and I would have him back to help with any of my other appliances. 5 stars!

Scott was Very knowledgeable and quick to get my dishwasher repairs completed. The parts arrived 3 days later than reported, so we had to reschedule. Scott was very flexible!

I wasn't happy that I had to replace the compressor on my refrigerator but Scott was a very good repairman. He was well trained and didn't skip any steps. He was here for 6 hours and ensured that all the lines were flushed, cleaned, replaced the compressor and the filter and was very specific on restoring the freon.

Horrific customers service, used to be great. Now with AI only communication it is horrible. Screwed up my address and location, no way to speak to a human. Sears has been removed from my goto list of appliance repair. I'd rather just throw away the old and buy new than have to deal with them ever again.
