Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was great, knowledgeable and friendly. He solved the problem by adjusting the feet. He also gave me information on balancing loads. He told me how to adjust the feet if I ever move the unit so that I will not have this problem again.

I received no diagnostics and no service. Having purchased my machine secondhand, I was unaware that the model and serial numbers had been removed. I understood that this made obtaining parts impossible, so initially I was unhappy but not with Sears or the technician. When it became clear that I would have to PAY for 5 minutes of non-service and the technician reacted rudely and angrily, THEN my anger became about Sears and the service person. I will never purchase an appliance from Sears and will never again contact for service.

It took two repairmen and 4 trips, but my stove is finally fixed. Luckily I have an extended warranty. Last repairman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He pinpointed and fixed the problem. The 5 stars are for him.

Control panel showed evidence of dead bugs so the technician could not go further. He recommended replacing the control panel, however, that part is no longer available so I will need to order a new range. Patrick was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to this old lady, the difference between induction and convection ovens so i wouldn't order the wrong oven. Thank you

Absolutely horrendous service. Have been waiting over 4 months to get our refrigerator fixed. told to have someone in the home from 8am-5pm and get a call at the end of the day just to re-schedule. Have been re-scheduled 3 times each months away. When you call you complain you get automated systems and can’t even talk to someone in store. Do you not call them if you value your time.
