Before walking into the house, he made sure I understood exactly what he would do, my choice of actions and rates, if I would choose not to accept services. Sears Technician was very knowledgeable, answered and explained questions. He made me feel safe and confident, glad I used Sears to fix my Frigidaire ❤️🙏🏻

What a nightmare!!! Do not spend your money with this company. My fridge started changing it's temperature and the control panel was not working... It has been 2 months that 5 different "technicians" came to "fix" and they just made it worse. Each one come with a different diagnosis, order a part and the next one that comes (2 weeks later) decides not to replace the part. They send different technicians and they do not fix my fridge. The 4th one that came was able to make it work, the freezer was making ice...made it work in 90%...he ordered a new compressor. Yesterday, a new technician came and decided not to replace the compressor and I don't know what the hell he did that my fridge is not working at all. This is so frustrating and disrespectful. Excellent service provided in an efficient manner by a very professional and knowledgeable service representative who was prepared. Having the parts with him based on information provided made the job so much quicker.and efficient. Overall assessment of representative and service is “outstanding”!!!!

Richard was right on time and went to work right away. He was polite and attentive. He did the replacement parts repair quickly, due to his experience, and while I noticed a noise after upon use, he was called took my call and told me just to wait as see if the noise from new parts goes away. If not then just let the company know.
