Technician was great and got the job done- 5 stars for him As for Sears, the company itself is terrible. You have no way of actually getting in touch with an actual representative. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times without any reason or heads up. It took over a month to get my refrigerator fixed. 0 stars for customer service
