I do not like that all the details I was asked to input into your digital system did not seem to be relayed to the technician for the first visit. Also, I had to look up the model number to find the part needed and found it before the technician did. William was just fine and after parts were ordered, finished the job effectively.

Bill is wonderful! Very personable, efficient and cleaned everything up afterward. The best part was how knowledgeable Bill is and how quickly and efficiently he works. He got my Advantium microwave/oven repaired and now it’s working again. I will never call another repairperson again!

This was a total waste of time. Bill came in and closed out the ticket faulty us without ever looking at where it actually leaked. I was told to put in another ticket tomorrow for him to come back out and actually fix it. Absolutely not.

Timothy was a great tech. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my dryer. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, then cleaned out the machine. I works like new now.

"Bill" the technichian removed a filter on the cold water line and cause more debris to come through which caused more damaged to the water valve. I do not recomemebd Sears Appliance Repair Services!!
