Glad I found Sears again, Jonathan H.was excellent. Timely, great communication and knowledgeable. Great personality. Thanks. And ...... no reflection on Jonathan but to sears repair service.....the price became reasonable after committing to a warranty. Which will be good for future services.

The guy came out to replace my heating element in my dryer but now my washer doesn’t work. I’ve got a mountain of laundry. Nothing was wrong with my washer before and now it doesn’t drain. Also, the Customer Service phone numbers are only automated and AI bots that do not problem solve. They give you choices like: "Do you want to cancel your appointment? press 1. To reschedule press 2". There is never an option to speak with someone. If the reason you called is not in their list of numbers the bot will say good bye and hang up. I find it incredibly frustrating that I got an automated "apology" from Sears saying, "Please call this number or visit our website. We don't want dissatisfied customers". The phone number goes to the same automated loop. Press one to cancel. 2 to reschedule." "Goo

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After I filled out a web form specifying the make and model of my fridge, Sears sent a guy who had never heard of the brand (Liebherr). This is after the web form specifically said they could handle that brand. After calling his boss (who also had never heard of Liebherr), the repairman tried to look up a replacement part online, failed to find it, then shrugged and charged me more than $100 for trying. I avoided yelling at the repairman but asked who I should call and complain to. He told me all the numbers went to AI bots these days but I was welcome to try. The brand name Sears is now forever ruined for me. I hope my $116 was worth it.

Edmar was very professional. He explained every thing he had to do on my refrigerator. Edmar informed me that he had to order a compressor and when it should arrived and scheduled me a revisit to install the compressor. He also informed me how long it will take to install. After installation he informed me to wait 24 hours before proper use and to call he if there are any problem.

Do not use them. I took the day off work to be home during the window of arrival and nobody has arrived. The worst part is there is absolutely no way to get a hold of a human being. The phone number provided below all the other 1 star responses takes you to an AI agent. They don’t have humans you can talk to. So nobody has arrived. I took time off work and I have no idea if they will ever arrive. What options do I even have?
