Sears Appliance Repair

Richard was wonderful, however service was abysmal! Appointment kept getting pushed back with no explanation and with AI no way to speak to a live voice. After a week waiting for Richard to be rescheduled we were informed it is irreparable. We now will be at least two weeks without a refrigerator and have no idea how to proceed for replacement reimbursement. We have had a service contract with Sears since 2011. The deterioration in service is appalling. Again I reiterate, Richard was wonderful. I don’t know what we would have done without him, however based on the whole experience I can no longer recommend Sears.

It was very hard too deal with this company. No one knows what they're doing. I got a text saying that the apart from my refrigerator was discontinued. They still sent over the same technician that diagnosed my refrigerator Without telling him that the part was discontinue. He makes a call to some one and some guy brings over apart from my refrigerator. I just find it a little shady.How apart all of a sudden shows up after telling me that the part was discontinue. It was way overpriced.I probably could have bought a new refrigerator with the price that they changed me. Need to cancel my home warranty with these people.I just think they're shady. It's either that or no one knows what the hell they're doing. You will get four different stories.. and there is not one number that you can talk

Andy advised us when he was on his way and was professional and polite. He ran some diagnostics quickly then advised what parts were needed and completed the service call in under an hour stating that he would return if the company finds the parts or authorized replacement parts.

The technician was absolutely great! His name was Darrin. Very professional and totally knowledgeable. Thank you for sending such a amazing technician!

The technician Jason was excellent and explained what he was doing and why in replacing the carburetor for my Craftsman snowthrower. The whole procedure took ten minutes but the labor charge was $339.15. The part was $216.75 which with sales tax of $19.20, resulted in a total charge of $568.91. I really feel this was exhorbitant and not the fault of Jason.
