Dave notified me regarding his arrival time and it was great to have him arrive as he indicated. He was very professional, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem with my washing machine and as quickly repaired it. Thank you Dave!

My technicians were the best. Tim and Nate were absolute professionals. They communicated well with me so I knew the status of my repair. They were patient with 3 dogs in the house. They worked quietly and efficiently. If I ever need service again I hope they return.

We won't a PAPER Receipt, the one you sent can't be printed out, and for some reason is no longer available. Why would you sell appliances that you can no longer get parts for? The next time I need one, it won't be from your store.

I was very pleased with the technician because he worked quickly, was very personable and explained a lot to me. The job was done, amazingly well, and the appliance is running perfectly.

The service was completed but the communication on the app is very poor. It offers you the option to track 8 hour appt window but gives you no information. No numbers to call is aggravating
