Sears Appliance Repair

Overpriced for the service I can buy a new washer at that price. The technician was good not his fault.

We have to use Sears because we have American Home Warranty. They are the worst company to deal with. Can never reach a human. They kept cancelling my repair appointments without notifying me and I went 7 weeks without a washing machine. They have no customer respect and I have no respect for that company. Their techie Jimmie, is the greatest and should start his own business. Sears has definetly gone down hill. UPDATE SEARS PROVIDES A 800 NUMBER TO CALL TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. CRAP SHOOT!!! They have no interest in resoIving the issues at hand and it is the same number that just puts you in circles. The technician spotted my problem right off was able to fix it without any new parts. He also gave me several tips on the use of my machine. I recommend him to anybody that needs needs a repairman for the washer

You are an awful company. You don't stand behind your service warranty, you lie and never return calls. I go through hours and hours of waiting to talk to someone just to get transfered to someone that can't help. You get a ZERO on a scale of 1 to 10 from me. You take people's money for warranty and don't stand behind it. Been waiting to get my refrigerator replaced for a year now when you called and said someone will get back to me in an hour to set up a replacement a year ago. I haven't received a call from you yet and you won't answer my calls. What I am gonna get my lawyer to handle this. You are a bunch of liars and thieves for taking people's money.

The tech(David) was very rude and at first he said it was from dog and cart hair build up. After I proved I don’t have any pets other than fish he then decided it was operator error or the washer needed to be cleaned. And then lied on the report after I would not agreed to sign.
