I'd like to start off by saying I had absolutely no problem with the service tech. He was courteous & performed his job as directed. I'd like to finish by saying I will NEVER purchase any appliances from Sears again! We bought an upright frost free freezer from Sears 2 years ago. From day one it has never been frost free, due to a warped door preventing a proper seal. A claim was started in 2022 and a technician came out to verify my complaint. An entire door assembly was ordered at no cost to me. Fast forward 2 years later & still no door. We called Sears in hopes of getting the matter resolved. We were told it would be necessary to schedule another visit from a technician. The technician came out, diagnosed the same problem, then informed me that a replacement door is no longer availabl

I am happy with Dwane’s work. Very good at his craft. He does clean work and knows what he is doing.
Great with repair man. The man I called on phone not good. Told him I'm not Bessie. She was my mom who passed away 8 yrs ago. He never corrected the name to mine which is Donna Fisher.
