Technician Sangin was extremely knowledgeable and completed the repair efficiently. While the previous two (2) Sears technicians had provided false information to me and made misrepresentations concerning the required repair, Mr. Sangin was straightforward, and had candor and veracity concerning the required repair.

The service technician came made initial assessment two weeks ago. He ordered parts for repair. The parts arrived and he returned on the scheduled date to perform the repair. Excellent services as promised.

The repairman was patient understanding and very helpful. He is explaining the situation. Let me know what my options were, and came back and execute what was needed to be done.

In July of this year a sears repairman responded to my call to repair a Kenmore washer. He ordered a lot of parts. I have been scheduled and rescheduled at least seven times. Most of the duration times have been either 7 to 6 or 8 to 6 . That by itself is unsat. I have missed doctor appointments, important meetings and many other commitments while waiting on the repairman to show up. To add insult to injury the last repairman showed up twice and used deceptive practices. First he took a picture of the number outside my building and sent to me and the company that I missed my appointment. The second time he came and took a picture of the number in the door directory and sent it to me and the company that I missed my appointment.
