James was great! He was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. As he was working on my HVAC system, he described what he was doing and why. Very happy with his service.

Very efficient Chris checked two or three different things before giving me an estimate. I cannot afford the cost of repair much to my regret. I would give Chris a 5 because of his diagnosis and explanation. Thank you

Glenn is the most unreliable technician. Took them a month, yes over 30 days to come and fix my unit. He told us on the first visit that he would bring a ladder and on the next visit, he sent his assistant out and asked if we had a ladder. We told him no, and Glenn never showed back up. He then called me on the 3rd, yes 3rd scheduled appointment time and said that he didn't have time to get to us that he would have to reschedule. I asked him for his supervisors number and he said that he would have him call me. Never received a call. Finally on the 4th appointment, his supervisor came out and fixed our HVAC. James was very professional and got us up and going. Over all, I would give this company 2 stars. You can NOT talk to a human unless they call you first. Then when you call the number

I need the part information the tech advised we needed. Gear Case is all I was told and cost 363.81. That cost does not include the 374.88 labor cost. Tech advised that due to age of washer we should call GE about warranty. I have done that and they advised I need to provide part number so they can either offer a discount for part and ship it to us or if it’s free and covered by warranty. How do I get the part information and why was that not provided to us for the charge of the house call of 129$? Tech was kind but visit was very brief once I said we would not be paying more to repair then what we paid for new unit.

Tyler was very informative and thoroughly explained the refrigerator malfunction to myself and my husband. He is personable, pleasant and professional. We will absolutely use him in the future if the need arises.
