Sears Appliance Repair

Technician arrived the very next day after first contact with Sears and diagnosed my issue. Replacement part arrived next day!!!!! Unfortunately I had to wait 5 days for my next appointment!! It was difficult preserving all the refrigerator contents !!!

TWO no call no shows by sears now after the first technician came to the house and guessed what was wrong without removing a single cover or piece of the washing machine. I replaced the part they said was the issue and we still have leaking. Now we will be looking elsewhere for support.

The Sears Technician was great. The bad part was how expensive Sears wanted to charge me. Sears was over 2x times what I was able to get the part replaced the very next day. I already new what the problem was and the 2 possible parts that it could be based on looking up the error code. I also was not charged an Diagnostic fee with the second Serviceman. To Sears You will never get my business again. Enjoy what you got!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I had a service window from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday October 3rd. The appointment was confirmed several times. At 5:00 p.m. which was the close of the appointment window I received an automated message informing me that I needed to reschedule due to a 'staffing irregularity'. I took off a half a day from work to accommodate the technician's arrival. I lost a half a day's pay for nothing. I gave them a one-star rating because I couldn't give this review without at least giving one star. I will tell everybody that I know not to use Sears Appliance Repair. My family is now without the use of our washing machine and it is going to be a few days before we can get another company to come out to make an effective diagnosis and or repair. The bad part

This is truly frustrating. The scheduling process is useless. Supposedly, you can give them your info on the machine so they know ahead of time what is wrong and can bring appropriate parts. But the program will not let me send the info in. So I had to pay over $100 for a service call only to be told parts were no longer available.
