Sears Appliance Repair

Had an appointment for march 4 and no one showed up nor did they call

He had issues taking the wall oven out and lost one of the shims, and in the process of putting the oven back in the wall damaged the side of the wooden oven enclosure, oven is lopsided and now the bottom drawer right beneath the oven is not working after he took the door off it's hinges. The oven is working however the rest is a mess. He also told me that my service contract only covers him replacing the part not taking the oven out-of the wall but he has great work ethics so he took the oven out, I'm not sure how he thought he could install the part without taking the oven out.

Very courteous and on time. Called me ahead of time and let me know approximately went to expect him. He worked efficiently and was done in an amazingly short period of time. Thank you

Juan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the part we need is no longer available so the expectation is that our home warranty will authorize a replacement

Tech finished work saying "its working" and left...wife went to use it and it is not working....no clear way to get a hold of anyone to get finalized help but dishwasher is not working and it is frustrating....it may not be the tech's fault but we are dead in th water right now and they closed out the repair as finished when it obviously is not. I want to add The tech actually broke our dishwasher. I just got home from out of town, the service was conducted while I was out. Prior to this service, the top drawer of our dishwasher opened smoothly, and now it is stuck, very hard to open and close. I called the number that sears recommended in their response and it’s all robots. This is horrible, horrible, service. I cannot believe how terrible this process and the service from y’all has b
