Sears Appliance Repair

I received forged repair estimates for today’s visit. No one was at my house as scheduled today. I waited all day and I lost time at work. On top of that you go through a million channels to speak to a human. You get a bot. When you get a person there’s no reasonable resolution. I’ve had Sears warranty for years. I used to praise the high quality of service. Their service has gone wayyyy downhill

The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. He was able explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed. He even showed me why the broken part was operationally causing the challenge. He fixed it tested the fix and even helped me understand the settings. Overall excellent experience.

George is great. He really goes out of his way to get the job done. The parts come very fast and the service appointment is very quick.

I waited for a month with rescheduling due to the parts but it was all worth it. David was great at what he does and mark was equally astute in fixing things. I’m glad I got Sears

If you contact Sears home services repair and you see this name, Mark W as your technician run! He was here today to replace my drain hose on my dishwasher. He was having an awful lot of trouble getting it on the dishwasher and I was beginning to wonder if this man was experienced. Well, it didn’t take me long to answer that question. After he got it on finally, he pushed the dishwasher in and it didn’t go all the way back. He said I can’t get it any further so I said why not? He said it won’t go any further because the dishwasher hose is larger than the other one. Does that make sense? Sears ordered this part to be delivered to me and it was the exact same size!
