Our service technician Daniel was fast and thorough with his work. He made sure everything was done correctly and went above and beyond to help us out. I truly appreciate everything he did to get our dryer back up and running. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.. I would recommend him any day ! Thank you so much

Daniel was initially our tech and we thought he did a great job. He was super pleasant to work with. However, after he did the repair, a few weeks later we noticed our dishwasher leaking through our wall. He returned and was unable to replicate the leak after pulling out the unit and doing some tinkering. And he said we didn’t call back in time so we were charged an additional fee. He handled separate request and as soon as he left, the error code appeared again. We had already spent $400+ on this service in total and were informed that we didn’t call soon enough for a free follow up. Then we were told the repair wouldn’t be covered at all by a separate representative. Daniel had told me the job was on the books, but we were ghosted by the repair company. Our technician Selwyn was fantastic when he finally got here after 6:30 pm. Our window was 8 to 5. But the time keep changing throughout the day. Frustrating because you cannot SPEAK to anyone to find out what is happening. Having said that once he got here his service was fantastic & spot on. Need to have better communication about what is happening....

Chris is very experienced, knowledgeable, and jovial. It was a pleasure having him in our home again. He worked tirelessly until all aspects of the job were finished correctly.
