Wyman was not only professional but very personable and knew his business. I’ve had four service calls on my ice maker and he is the first to solve each problem first time. Great service call.
Friendly, pleasant. Unable to repair problem at this time, because necessary parts are no longer available for this model. Not his fault that this is the case.
I am giving my repairman 5 stars he was very professional; found the issue and wasted no time. Seats Appliance Repair could do better by having a customer service person you could speak to. This has been a 6 week ordeal that should’ve been 2 weeks max.
The tech was super polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue quickly and explained what had happened!
