Very knowledgeable and helpful honest advice about the repair costs. Even though we chose not to repair our fridge we are very pleased with the service we received. Service technician (Winifred B) was very communicative. He called before he came, gave direct times, and communicated with my husband and I about the repair costs very honestly.

Very polite and knowledgeable! Technician several years back came and worked on our lawnmower. Paid $75.00 deposit under warranty contract.

Hated using AI to schedule and had issues with scheduling and AI could not help with anything! Would rather have option for a live person. AI does not understand! Mark was great!

Absolutely zero stars!! If negative stars were possible that is what I would be giving. Communication is all AI but with names so almost like not human. I requested that the service tech call and the AI aka “Samantha “ indicated that would be done. I asked for a window of time and was sent a picture with the time, then about an hour before the start time, i get another message with the tech picture adjusting the service time except it was past the start time. I never got a call & I watched on my Ring camera as the tech walked up to my door pulled his phone & then I listened to him call his friend. There was no attempt to call me. Then he left. I was supposed to get service through American Home Shield. AHS called Sears & the tech was supposed to come out even though he closed the ticket. W

The technician knew what he was doing and quickly resolved the problem. I am so glad that I called Sears Home Services.
