Excellent and very through. A very complete check up and one of the best. Tom is one of the best and is the best to do the annual service we have had come to the house.

Mike Cardoza was very good, professional and knows his business very well. The AI system is for the birds. Texting customers with last minute changes in appointments doesn’t really work for those of us that don’t have our phones strapped to our hip. Also AI doesn’t work when offering a sooner appointment as not seen fast enough to get the appointment, especially when there is a n important need for a washing machine repair and 4 baskets of clothes backed up. Having already been to the laundry mat several times with an added expensive is not the best way. Humans calling and leaving a message is the basic way for customer satisfaction. AI is not comforting in talking to a machine. Very frustrating. Thank you for your attention. I will highly recommend Mike but not your present system.

The repairman was friendly and respectful. Although he was not able to fix my refrigerator due to no availability of factory parts, I'd consider using Sears Appliance Repair again. Also lesson learned about knowing where your appliance is made, when you purchase it, so that parts are available or a part substitution is possible. Mine was a Kenmore branded refrigerator, but was built in an Asian country and new parts are not available. Aftermarket parts were. However Sears Appliance are not allowed to purchase them. Largely for good reason, you don't know what you are getting. If I'm going to pay for a repair I want OEM parts they can guarantee work. So, I had no issue with that policy. It protects them and the consumer.

You have a quality service technician in Fernando. He explained what he found in plain language. He was very courteous and professional. If I ever need Sears Appliance Repair service again I would hope he would be the person they send.

Dryer repair. Heating element was replaced. Initial appointment, follow up and part arrived when expected. Tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend Sears service.
