Sears Appliance Repair

Kenneth is a homerun. As I have previously shared, he identified the cause of the issue in the washer and immediately repaired it. He asked if I would like him to inspect the dryer. I did. He thoroughly cleaned it and made certain both my wife and I know what to do if there might be future issues. We are happy with his work and American Home Shield.

Both technicians were great. My first technician diagnosed and ordered the part. My second technician Robert came in and got the job done. Kept me posted and in the loop as the process evolved… Sweet and simple grateful for that for sure. We have worked with your group before and like our last time it was professional and efficient. Should we or when we have the need again we will request Sears again through American Home Shield.

Brian arrived and went right to work evaluating the dryer and the air flow through the ductwork. He said there was plenty of heat and the motor was working well. He checked inside the machine and found lots of dryer lint, dispite up cleaning the catcher basket regularly. He also gave some other suggestions to help the clothes dry better. Job well done!

Other than not being able to get to me until the end of the day when my text msgs kept pushing back the arrival time, I understand that the window of arrival being 8:00-5:00 that’s what can happen. Kenneth was polite, explained what he was doing as he was doing it and made sure the error code did not come up again.
