Sears Appliance Repair

Actually a good experience. Heating Unit, an electrical bare wire issue in the outside unit causing a fuze to blow on the inside unit. The technician showed up in the expected window, & he was very nice. A professional no doubt, quickly assessed the problem with our heating unit, made repairs in short order. We will monitor the systems integrity, but, it appears to be solved. Good feeling here!

I’m giving 1 star because the technician never showed up to check the unit. I took a day off from my busy schedule so that I could be home when the technician came but he never showed. The last technician that was sent out by sears came out and did nothing to fix the issue I was having. I guess they get paid to come out and stare at units and not fix them.

I purchased the LG washer and dryer front loaders from Lowe’s along with the 5 year warranty. Lowe’s delivery people hooked up the washer and dryer and did a quick wash and ran the dryer for about 5 minutes. And then left. I have ran 5 loads through the wash/dryer and on 2 different occasions I found water on the floor. I contacted Lowe’s to submit a repair request and they connected me with LG. I mentioned several times I believe it is the dryer from the steam option and I don’t believe the door is sealing and the gasket around the door is rippled like something had been pressed against it. I provided the customer service rep the information: model and serial numbers for the dryer. When the Sears Service person Salva came out his work order said washer but had the model and serial numbers

After talking with the technician on the phone, we determined I did not need an air conditioner technician I need a duck work technician. He closed the claim and I opened a new one. His communication was good.

Friendly with an easy manner. Very knowledgeable. Quick diagnosis and repair. Left the area and machine cleaner than before he started.
