The Servicer Mitchell was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the situation and the problem he made his recommendations which I agreed with so he ordered the parts and for a total price of $65 thanks to my Home Warranty and Sears Repair I am very happy with Sears

If I could give this review no stars I would. I called the technician because the refrigerator was leaking water. The technician came out and looked under refrigerator. He didn’t pull it out from wall to look at it from the back. He was there less than 1/2 hour and said he couldn’t find a leak or any sign of one. He charged me $119.00 and left. Within an hour the water was pouring from under the refrigerator. I called him back and got no answer so I left a message. He didn’t return my call. Called again the next day and left a message. No reply. Called back later and he answered. He told me he had no idea why the refrigerator was leaking because he didn’t find a leak while he was there. I am so sorry I ever called Sears to have washer repair completed. It took them forever to come do the repair and they were supposed to file the charges for the repair with the home warranty company. The repair man told me he called the home warranty company and they gave him permission to do the repair. However the repairman never called according to the home warranty company. Now Sears has sent the $422.19 bill to the collection bureau requesting their assistance in collecting the balance from me personally. I have tried every number that I could possibly find to contact a Sears representative that will talk to me. All I can get are recordings. I would never recommend Sears for any services. Thoroughly aggravated.

unfortunately my warranty just went out faulty part leaked my freon and I need a new compressor and the cost is 969.00 for part cheaper to get a new frig. Lowe's has scrappy appliances my stove I bought had nothing in it caught on fire. don't recommend lowes
