Assuming since the dude said he came from greeley it was from you i wasted 130 on a diag (he was here for a total of 20 mins) couldn't even find the right part number my fiance looked it up and guess what my fridge still doesnt turn on its almost be a month without a refrigerator. Cool scam artists. I also spent 200 on the part your "tech" said to replace and I still have a dead fridge. Thanks for scamming a vet and a disabled person looks real bad on a company. Do yourself a favor and dont use this company a handy man was able to find out the correct part we need for half the price help us find the part for cheap and said he'd even come back to install it. Not even one star!!! Do not use these people. They schedule an appointment for the time slot of 8am-5pm then continually reschedule on the day they're supposed to be there. Meanwhile you have been sitting at your house ALL day waiting. What a waste of my time. This has repeatedly happened with these people. They are a joke! I am going somewhere else.

Tech forged my signature on the damage waiver. Lied about not giving out his bosses number. Screwed everything on the work order up. Ordered the wrong parts.

Worst repair service. They schedule appointments then dont show and keep pushing you out. You cant speak to a person. You can only use the automated system. The guy showed up the first time amd was too lazy to fix the issue and just cleared the code. Said if it comes back we will replace the springs. So yep next day it came back. He showed up with no parts. Had to order. Parts showed up and then the te h didn't show to replace the parts.now had to schedule for 8 days later. Trues. Calling and no one cares. I've read reviews where repairs have taken 8 months to complete. Rediculous. I will not renew the contract. Better off just buying a new washer or paying a local company to fix it. I also read that the BBB has thousands of complaints but no one does anything about it. What good is the B
