Sears Appliance Repair

I have had an extremely poor experience with Sears service through my home warranty company. The initial service appointment was on December 24, with an arrival window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; however, the technician did not arrive until 2:35 p.m. I was told the issue was caused by loose change under the washer plate, but after the technician left, the noise became even worse. A second technician came out on December 29 and immediately identified the problem after reviewing a video. He ordered the necessary parts and scheduled a follow-up appointment to install them. That installation appointment was set for January 10, but no one showed up. When I called Sears, I was told my claim was marked as completed and that I needed to contact my home warranty company, despite the fact that the

5 stars is for the technician. Michael was very knowledgeable and pleasant. As for the overall service. Not so good. Changed follow- up appointment 3 times with no explanation as to why.

Waited 3 weeks….they cancelled once becuz they didn’t have the right tool. Next time didn’t have the right parts so they beat the crap out of my washer for 2 hours (3 guys) and then said they didn’t know if it was fixed and we couldn’t test it for 48 hours cuz they have to use some glue and it needed to set. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a repairman and company.

I have been waiting months and finally when my appointment happens, my technician never showed up and then signed off the work order? **UPDATE**: So you respond to my issue with our service by giving me a phone number to call your customer service center to assist me. So I call your customer service center to request assistance, you schedule an appointment, don't show up and I have to call you to get it resolved?

Our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and stuck around until both he and I were satisfied that our refrigerator was working properly. Jonathan ensured that the refrigerator and the surrounding areas were clean before he left. His work was quick and efficient.
