Sears Appliance Repair

Mohammad was an excellent technician! He was very pleasant, had all the necessary tools, and immediately diagnosed the problem with the dryer. We were extremely please with his service and would recommend him highly to others!

Service provided by Daniel was excellent! However this repair experience has been a nightmare! From Aug 12 - Dec 3, had 7 appointments to repair. 3 times a technician arrived to fix but could not, had to order parts. Then 3 no show for appointments. Finally fixed on 7th appointment by Daniel. Each appointment cost me a day’s pay, over $1000.00! (I don’t get paid if I don’t work) My time and money has been tremendously wasted by this company, apparently they don’t consider my time to be valuable. They don’t seem to care. As stated, service provided by Daniel was excellent 5 Stars! The provider service gets a zero stars!

Scheduled 2 appointments with the technician who didn't show up or communicate why. Took me 1 hour going through AI and automated texts to get a live person. Will have to reschedule for a new appointment, but I am not sure if they will show. Would go another route but we have the part and already had to prepay for service. Will never use Sears Service Department again.

Worst experience ever. This is the third time he was to fix our heat. We waited 3 weeks for this application to have him call and say he couldn’t fix it. He was not coming. O top of that I got a bill and receipt for $115.00 which I never saw or signed. So whoever signed it committed fraud.

He was kind and polite. He wore shoe covers in the house, which was appreciated. He found the issue but was unable to fix it. He told me to go buy the part on my own. My only complaint is that the repair guy smelled bad. He had bad body odor, like sweat.
