There were 4 (delays) dates that were rescheduled before the parts were delivered and the repair was made. My Technician, Simon, came to the house twice. He was very understanding, polite and efficient. He gets the 5 Stars…. Sears does NOT.
They will make you wait all day at home. 9 freaking hours. No update that they aren't coming till after 5pm. Do not use this company. They don't care about your time at all. Luckily I'm not dumb but to tell me you still have 3 stops before me at 2pm. How about you call then instead of making me talk to a robot and wasting people's time.
Richard arrived when he said he would, was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough! Would be happy to have him for any repair in the future!
No call/ no show,waited well over 12 hours. Would not recommend to anyone. Also, don't expect to talk to a human being!
The whole experience of using the Sears Appliance Repair service was great. It was a prompt response to arrange for someone to come and diagnose the issue. The service repair person was awesome and solved the problem. We will use this service again.
