Sears Appliance Repair

Javier did a great job. He communicated well on the two days he came, about his arrival time etc which I found helpful. He worked hard on our oven (the location of the part he was replacing was hard to get to), he was friendly and he tidied up once finished the job. Our oven is under warranty so we had nothing to pay.

Really nice man came out. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t to the noise it usually does so now I have to record it when it happens again and call back. Good service, though.

I believe the first technician we had was name Ramon. I did not like his attitude. He was talking to me as if he was scolding me. It was hard to understand him, He wanted to talk in English, although I do speak Spanish. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with him The first time he was here to check my icemaker. I he orders the parts which are the parts needed. The parts arrive at my house he rescheduled the appointment. Although we have the parts he rescheduled the appointment for someone else to come and do the work. I do not want him to get fired. He apparently knows what parts are needed to fix the problem. If it can be Discussed with him on how he talks to the customers, I would greatly appreciate it The technician who came to fix the dryer was Mark. I was so happy with him. He

Jeff was extremely helpful and knew just what to do. He answered all my questions and provided all the options if I wanted to get an appliance warranty.

Our technician was very knowledgeable. He fixed the washer in about one hour. The price of everything seems very expensive. He fixed a water pump that went out was causing the washer not to spin out the water, but he did a great job. I will washing machine is a 2018 LG elite
