Michael understood the problem very well, did the repair and was very professional. My mother said, he was very easy to talk with and a very nice man. He's a great asset to your company!! NOTE: I think the cost for this repair was well overpriced, due to the fact, it was only a belt change for $76 and the labor to change the belt was $300. This makes no sense at all, the labor to do it, didn't match this price, at all!! I could understand it better, if the labor would have been between $75 to $100, but this price is absolutely absurd! Y'all really need to rethink these labor costs, because times are just as hard for the consumers, especially for those that have set government low incomes, with the economic rise, companies should be more reasonable with charges for simple things.
