Raymond is wonderful. He went the extra mile to be sure my refrigerator and the freezer were working properly before he left. He was pleasant and helpful to answer my questions and allow me clean out underneath the fridge when it was pulled out. I highly recommend him!

My tech knew exactly what the issue was with my washer within the first 10 minutes. I appreciate his honest advice and service. I didn’t do repair because Sear’s rate was too high for my budget. I only paid the service call rate which was reasonable.

Michael, the tech that came was precise with me about my Black& Decker freezer that I had stating it was a throw away. He did no work on it tried put a little heat with a heat gun on 2 perimeters of the gasket to see if by chance it would be of any help and left. For this consultation I paid $129.00 plus tax . Leaves me feeling empty and dissatisfied. They could have told me over the phone maybe.
