Severino did a great job. Very nice person which matters when someone is coming into your home to fix things. Made all necessary repairs in one visit.

Technician was great. He was given 2 options of repair I sent them error message when called in but they went with option 2 first & then had to come back and do option 1 or error I called in which fixed it right away. It took 2 weeks due to ordering of parts & scheduling. I guess they had to go thru there steps otherwise great service & technicians were great & kind

My technician was AMAZING! He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it in terms that I could understand, and he took his time fixing it (he took no shortcuts). He even told me how to prevent it from happening in the future. (Keep my kid from standing there with the door opened for a prolonged period of time - there’s a door chime for a reason). LOL! He was very knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and patient. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Fazil for his expertise and repair services.

The Sears repair technician arrived right on time and was very professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and quickly diagnosed and fixed my dryer. He also took the time to show me that everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciate his prompt service and efficiency. Great job — thank you!

The two technicians were very personable and would get a 5 for professionalism but the repair was not successful. There is no sign of the refrigerator starting to cool. The biggest problem has been with the logistics and trying to get the repair scheduled! Since the repair was unsuccessful, I will need to schedule a fifth appointment to try and resolve this situation! The communication on the day of a scheduled appointment is terrible! The 8 hr window, with minimal updates is disrespectful to the customer and inconsiderate of the customer’s time. When speaking with the technicians, they say that their assignments are often not grouped geographically! I had an 8 hour window for an appointment scheduled on Saturday, June 14, 2025!
