I would leave NO stars if it was an option. Do not be fooled by these scam artists. They pay to have good reviews. They aren’t even located locally. The business is run by AI and they will charge you 128$ even if they don’t fix anything. BE VERY CAREFUL! They wasted 5 hours of my life and didn’t fix anything. They actually made my dryer worse!! See my attached photo.
Less than 3 hours from placing request to having Brian at our house. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fortunately had everything with him to do the repair. Dryer back up and running in under 1 1/2 hours. Great service!!
He knew exactly what the issue was and got my washer back up and running! We’re a family of 6 so definitely needed! Very kind, cleaned up after himself, and was understanding about the dogs barking too! Thank you!
