My 2 technicians were amazing, the company is shit. They schedule everything through AI, and the scheduling is a disaster. I had an appointment scheduled one day, with a window of 7-4, cleared my day and it was cancelled. It was scheduled for another day window of 7-4, cleared my day again, it was cancelled. The 3rd day someone finally came at 3:45. I was also promised it wouldn’t be cancelled a 2nd time.
Technician was great. He knew what was wrong with our dishwasher immediately & had it fixed in less then 10 minutes.
Will never use their Services again. Canceled appointments twice at the last minute. Wasted 2 vacation days!!!!! And was never able to talk to a real person. Just AI bots!!!!
Very professional and a great personality to be around. Explained everything and even made sure I understood what was happening and what was going to happen next.
My dryer was fixed and works good. Excellent service.
