He arrive just ahead of estimated time. He answered my questions & quickly fixed the problem. The service said he would be a local repair person, but he made the trip from Fairborn.

Technician came in went through all the steps tried a couple different things finally settled on the right thing fired it up and was in and out. Respectful guy did a great job earned every single star I gave him.

Rennie did an excellent job today. He tried to repair our new refrigerator under the manufacturer’s warranty but confirmed the refrigerator is unrepairable.

Kurt replaced a part on my GE profile washer/dryer combo unit. Very nice gentleman.

The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He listened to my situation, ordered necessary part, had it shipped to me. When he returned he had my microwave fixed and working quickly. When he left the work area was spotless. A very pleasant gentleman.
