Sears Appliance Repair

We originally called fahw to check a leak un Dec 2025 got this tech. He says washer is leaking and Parts were ordered delivered he returned 1 wk later after a banging,thumping,loud noises he said Couldn't remove something said he would return following week. After he left my floor was uneven a large bump a few feet wide and 6 inches high in our laundry room.after 3-4 appts canceled he comes back February 20,2026. He bangs, drills, thumps. I get an email saying here's what you signed. I never signed anything. He gets an attitude when my husband asks him about the signature. 4 hours after srriving. He says it's fixed. After he leaves inside the washer is covered with what looks like dirt but feels like rubber pieces.

Technician Jody is great. The first technician misdiagnosed our issue which cost us almost $1,000. Jody had to order the correcct part & after 3 weeks it’s finally fixed. Sears Home Repair going totally AI where you can’t speak to a LIVE person is total BS. No email address to communicate with either. Would not recommend them although Technician Jody was GREAT. Oh, and both technicians came from their homes which were at least 3 hours away do we were charged $300+ for labor that took less than 10 minutes.

Steven was great, only bad thing is the washer wasn't leaking and now not sure if it was my deep freezer.. but the service charge was more then acceptable to know nothing is wrong. THANK YOU SEARS SERVICE..

My ice maker on my refrigerator failed. I called 2-10 my home warranty company and they turned the service call to Sears. The 1st Sears rep tried calling before arriving, and when he could not get through he went to the address he was given,and he ended up in the Wal Mart parking lot. He called from there again and said we needed to reschedule. I rescheduled the repair and I was assigned another technician. This guy showed up and took 5 minutes to diagnose the problem as needing a replacement part. This guy ordered the part and schedled another appointment. The newly appointed tech called and said he couldn't find our address, so he suggested we recall Sears. That technician called to say he couldnt find us so he told us to call Sears. Meanwhie the tech that ordered the parts showed up. H

He contacted me was on time was quick and thorough and fixed the problem ordered the part was installed within a week and I can’t thank him enough. Excellent work.
