Sears Appliance Repair

I'm done buying Craftsman for life. 40 yrs wasted.. You have to scan a QR Code Take pics then told to mail all tools 51!!! to them. After taking useless pictures, 3 days worth of emails, worst experience ever. Don't buy craftsman anything its made in china now not usa sadly. went to all local craftsman retailers and employees had no intrest in helping exchange even one tool at all 3 in person unbelievable experience. I will be getting rid of ALLL my craftsman tools now once replacements arrive.. god willing. Expensive for nothing

The technician Dwight is outstanding and he understands what he's doing. He was able to literally repair the. Refrigerators, ice making system after taking it all apart and being able to Modify the existing system so that it would work. He's fantastic. And his knowledge is unbelievable. This guy is definitely an asset to your company. If I could give him a raise, I'd do it.

He was so sweet..! He came and did his job, cleared out any mess and my fridge is as good as new. Thank you Dwight from Sears..!!!

The service technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. My only criticism of this service is that I received EIGHT texts or emails confirming this appointment. I realize that the company does not want to arrive and find you are not at home. It is lost time and money to them. For the above stated reason, I would not use them again. I hope that the refrigerator is going to be working properly again. Also, I would have preferred that the technician who came originally and diagnosed and tried to fix the problem, be the same one who came to complete the job

This is my 3rd experience. The technicians are very qualified, and courteous. The automated scheduling system sucks, the technicians agree, and the poor quality is consistent over all my appointments. Be prepared for frustrations trying to talk to a human, trying to schedule an earlier visit when the repair part arrives a week early, and having the automatic system reschedule you by canceling the day's appointment, and rescheduling it the next day without your approval! This after I hired someone to be there because I was not able. Just terrible, frustrating impersonal scheduling experiences.
