Sears Appliance Repair

Service guy says he couldnt find anything wrong and said it was how the drain hose was positioned, ran a 20 minute quick wash empty, charged us and left. We are still having the problem. Wash starts then we get "SUDS" then SE error 1/3 thru cycle. We press start and it runs for a bit and does it again. 3 hours later we have tto put it on spin only cycle just to get the clothes out. It doesn't matter if we have a light or normal load. I can put 3 tshirts in and it does it. We thought it was too much detergent so we went to one pod instead of dispenser. Doesn't matter. We put a tiny bit in dispenser and it does it. Using Tide or Arm N Hammer. Pods, liquid, powder... no difference. I've deep cleaned it, still no fix. We drain gallons of water out. Edit: I reached out as instructed in the reply. Not only was I not able to get assistance or reach a real person, the second appointment I scheduled to have the repairman come back was cancelled. I am not disputing charges with my bank. Don’t use sears home repairs!!! Washer is still broken. Repair man was dishonest with how he charged me. The offer said they waived the diagnostic fee but he charged me the same amount in “labor” and then added additional repair charges on top. All he did was remove a coin from the drain pump and left. The washer still doesn’t work.

The service was excellent, they were in and out with the repair and diagnosed it properly. The only thing that was delayed was parts but they came in sooner than usual. It was all covered by warranty but the cost was up there

The technician James was Awesome! The AI scheduling and updates are awful. My time slot window was 1 - 5, so I took the afternoon off work. I received a tracking page to track my technician, it told me I was two stop away and her would be at my house by 3:30. Refresh the tracking to see where he is at, This didn’t work. By 4 when he wasn’t there, I went rounds with the AI bot Richard. He couldn’t give me a phone number for a human, or provide them with a way to contact me.
