Scott did a great job with our L G dishwasher. He was kind and considerate of our property taking care not to make a mess and cleaned up after the repair. Scott, the technician, was polite, professional, careful but efficient, thorough in his work -and so tidy! (and gave me the opportunity to clean behind my stove,!) His experience doing this work and service work generally was obvious in how he handled himself and communicated, including clearly explaining the situation and what needed to be done. One tech showed up. I specified it was a two man job. The tech has been here before so he knew that. He refused to do anything. Said I scheduled through the wrong service. I scheduled through this website. Then he said he could come back, it would be expensive and we’d have to remove and replace this massively heavy oven ourselves. Now I still have a non/functioning oven and I’m wondering what I paid for. This is worse than useless.

Scott was great! Professional but personable at the same time. He knew what to do and got right down to business. The fix was simple and quick. And we bonded over our dogs bad behavior.
