Sears Appliance Repair

Bestbuy/Asurian/sears sent two techs out to work on my refrigerator. The first Best Buy guy looked at the error code and told me he wasn’t supposed to be there. The processing of my issue was done incorrectly there should have been an escalation team that I was referred to. I made the call, waited 48 fo a repair person. Next guy came out and he had the same problem. “I’m sears I don’t work on LG” I asked why Best Buy sent him. He said he doesn’t work for Best Buy he works for sears. Continues to say he won’t work on or help me with my refrigerator because he isn’t supposed to be there. I am tired of the gamesmanship you play at BestBuy and Asurian. It is blatantly apparent you have no care for your customers whatsoever.

He came in to troubleshoot and fix my furnace . His diagnosis was a dirty sensor when that was not even the problem with the furnace . He told me he cleaned the sensor and left . Things worked for 24 hours and the furnace broke again . He did not take the time to find the root problem of my furnace , hurried along and went about his day. It was really upsetting to find the furnace broken a day after someone come in to fix the problem.

Vish was friendly and efficient. Replaced the LED interior light board on our LG Microwave. Knew exactly what he was doing and completed the warranty repair promptly.

He was patient, kind, clear, understanding, helpful... All the good things. He took a crappy confusing situation and helped us get clarity in next steps.
