By far the best technician we have ever had. She looked at everything thoroughly and my dishwasher is working after 5 technicians and 2 years of trying to get the warranty company to do something about it! So thankful for her diligence on trying to figure it out! Thank you!!
Technician came to care of my appliance in took care of the problem. Did not leave a mess.
The robot said no appointments were available in my area then hung up on me. Twice.
Had appointments cancelled 3 times. All numbers sent call to India. Refused access to supervisors. Part was identified 4 weeks ago but information not given to techs. 100 dollars taken out of account without any technician arriving. No stove for Christmas cooking. No office in United States to receive calls. Promises of callbacks from supervisors never kept. This company is a scam and fraud.
Cris found the problem fairly quickly and made the repair. Hope all goes well since we have had a lot of problems with this washer. I don't want to see a charge for the visit as I was told this first visit was a complimentary visit.check on 3/18 when the first visit was scheduled if necessary. Thank you
