Sears Appliance Repair

I had a service person come out to fix my ice machine in my refrigerator. He ordered a part and scheduled new appointment. It was cancelled. The technician came out a different day and installed the part and now the light and ice machine do not work. I do not live in house full time. I am unable to get in touch with someone to rectify the situation. I am disappointed with Sears service and the inability to speak with someone.

Shane did a fabulous job. He diagnosed my problem ordered parts that came the next day and my ice maker is operating just like new.

My refrigerator has been non-working for almost 3 months now with no sign of getting it fixed. After multiple reschedules on their end due to lack of technicians or parts not being ordered by technicians that should have been, this has been a nightmare. 2 times a technician has diagnosed the problem, informed me a compressor was going to be ordered, yet there’s no history of any parts being ordered due to “not being able to access the appliance or appliance was plugged into an extension cord” which neither were true. The second time he never even showed up. Once again I have another appointment scheduled again for another tech to come out and hopefully order the part this time. Would not recommend their repair service to anyone!

We had 6 different appointments and they cancelled 4 of them with no reason at the last minute, only to reschedule for months away each time! Finally got someone out to look at the fridge (that is under warranty) they ordered parts. 2 mths later came to put them In, the fridge still does not work!! I have been trying since March to have it fixed!

Excellent service, polite and friendly. He was the one that also was here to repair our dishwasher. A+ NOTE: this was our 3rd appt. For this job. The appts on June 16th and June 24 were no shows, no calls by Michael R.Then that tech said he was here when he never showed up, but he signed my name to a job contract to make it look like he was actually here and did the work. This is criminal forgery!
