Sears Appliance Repair

Ben was wonderful! He communicated in a timely manner and let me know when he was on the way. He was friendly and efficient. Other appliance repair places said I would have to wait a week and a half before anyone could come, but Sears Appliance Repair sent someone today! That was amazing!

The technician Steve was great. Very professional and explained everything and worked with us. He was respectful of our property and was very nice. Had conversations and we Hope he is our technician in the future should we need one. Sears on the other hand, should change the way they handle customers. Everything is AI. I couldn’t even get in touch with a person after we were scheduled for an 0800- 3:00pm waiting window and I received a text from AI at 2:30 that due to issues with staffing they had to reschedule us a week out. We put our whole day on hold for a message 30mins before the end of our appointment window. We Tried to call and get in touch with someone from Sears only to get AI and the run around. Even when they kept RESCHEDULING us. We tried to contact someone so that we could

The service tech was great! I feel he knew what the problem was because of experience. Ordered part came back in 3 days installed part 15 mins refrigerator back online. The cost for the part was outrageous. Never buy LG. Refrigerator 2 years old

Technician showed and ordered a part. We paid in full for everything up front, made an appointment for 2 days later to fix our machine. The tech never showed up. We waited at home between 8am-5pm. We had to deal with an AI robot to reschedule again 2 days later. Will change this review if we get the repair done. Still waiting for service to show. **NEXT DAY** Number posted on this review is only AI and we haven't been able to speak to tech about service. Same recording each time with no update.with the website that is posted here, there are only options to reschedule or cancel appointments.

Our technician Stephen was on time and knowledgeable. He had the parts that were needed to fix my washing machine were available & in his truck, which we all know doesn’t happen very often. TY Stephen for your expertise & helpful service.
