Ryan was very punctual with the time he said he would arrive. Ryan was very knowledgeable in addressing and solving the problems of my washing machine. If I ever have any more issues with my appliances I hope he is the one that is sent. Give this guy a raise!!!

Once he arrived, Jacob did an excellent job and that's the reason for the top rating. However, he did not arrive until 6:30 pm to a confirmed 1:00 to 500 pm confirmed appointment. In this case it wasn't a big problem, but if I had an another engagement it would have been a real problem. I received no update on the progress of the workman's schedule. I had no way of contacting anyone to find out what the time of service would be. I should have been able to track the progress and especially once the specified schedule wasn't kept.

TL;DR: RIP OFF "cleaning" and SCAM customer service Do not use this racket. Call a LOCAL company where they stand by their work and you can talk with someone face to face and get results, not by phone to a call center overseas where they send you in circles but never resolve your issue. "Clean & maintenance" for $99 is a rip off. I called specifically for mold I wanted cleaned. I was very clear about that on the phone. The technician (who was quite nice and professional, btw, I liked the guy and understand why there are positive reviews here) put in two Affresh tablets ($1.50/each on Amazon) and ran the cycle. Jake was awesome, he was proffesional and knowledgeable and fixed my 19 year old dryer. The only downside was the price for the part. If I hadn't needed my dryer that day, I could have bought the same part for half the price.

Jake was a wonderful technician! Truly took the time to diagnose and figure out why multiple prior service reps couldn’t get it right. His communication and follow through were exceptional! Very personable and I would highly recommend him!
