Sears Appliance Repair

Would give negative review if possible. Refrigerator has been out of service since September. Called Sears home service because had service contract. There is nobody to talk to all AI, tech showed up and said a number of parts were needed and would order. I followed up on service request and not all parts listed to complete the job. I had to call again to make sure all parts were included. While the tech was here he told me he is the only tech they have to cover three states, he said Sears got rid of all of the managers and supervisors and replaced with AI and call centers. He said he recommends to everyone not to renew your service contract. Parts finally arrive and service tech comes back to do repair, he rushes through the repair and says all is done and the refrigerator should be good

Finally someone came who knew what he was doing, everything seems to finally be right after 4 months of waiting for your service to get my unit completely fixed, Shame we went all summer without our AC working because you sent someone before who came and left all the wiring out on my unit and didn't fin it.

Dave has been taking care of my snowblowers for years, so long in fact he kept my original craftsman I bought 20 years ago running like new. You can not beat his knowledge and skill when it comes to repairing and maintaining my snowblower and lawn mower .

Louis was highly experienced and repaired the problem very quickly. He was very courteous and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with his work.

Our technician Dave provided excellent service on maintenance and recommendations of our Toro Snow Commander snow blower. He even took the time to address a worn starter cord which was frayed but still in tact to prevent a future failure. Thanks again.
