Sears Appliance Repair

Paul the technician was professional and excellent! Sears should seriously review, assess and make adjustments to its AI system. I understand the need to look for cost savings, but I believe your AI integration efforts have gone too far. It has to be more efficient with scheduling, product ordering and field execution. I have never experienced a company that uses AI to this extent and does not allow a customer to interact with an actual person at critical moments. It was a serious challenge to speak with a person outside of the technician. Thanks Paul for your help! Ken Parker

The technician was great. Fixed my dryer quickly. Was respectful of my home. But the prices this company has him charging for a 10 minute repair are insane.

You had a scheduled appointment to repair my heater, you told me you were coming and never showed. On top of that you sent me an email asking how i liked your service and also sent me a bill. So no, I would not recommend your service. Also, when trying to reach you I was never able to speak to a live person. If you had a negative star rating I would give you that

We had a window of service between 1p.m. and 5p.m. He arrived at 7:50p.m. looked at what should not be a difficult repair, quoted a price of $800..which would be obscene to consider, which he knew because he was obviously tired..so he took our $139 fee and happily left leaving us with a broken washer and $139 poorer. Paul was absolutely amazing. He was timely and kind. He fixed our washer in the first visit, because he came prepared with the parts. Great service provider.
